Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely enamored with your House of Hackney treasures; however, if a piece isn't quite right for your sanctuary, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke furniture, cut-to-measure fabrics, and opened wallpaper rolls are non-returnable due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back to us.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original, decorative packaging, ensuring that all tags remain attached and products are in pristine, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it securely to the exterior of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
